Andrew practices in the Hackensack, N.J. office of Archer & Greiner, P.C. He has argued five times before New Jersey’s Supreme Court and many times before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. He has represented municipalities, planning and zoning boards, and public library boards; and he has served as a New Jersey Superior Court-appointed special master, mediator, arbitrator, and condemnation commissioner. Since 1986, Andrew has also been an adjunct professor at Montclair State University in the Department of Political Science and Law.
